Key qualifications:
Illinois-licensed attorney
Strong knowledge of Illinois Environmental Protection Act and pollution-control regulations
Four years of progressively responsible administrative and managerial experience in public or business organization
Experience supervising and managing legal staff
Knowledge of state and federal environmental laws and regulations
