Associate Attorney - Insurance Coverage

What You Will Do: Research and write coverage opinions, providing legal advice to a wide array of insurance clients. Review claim files, underlying claim materials, and policy language. Prepare comprehensive coverage analysis and Reservation of Rights letters. Meet annual billable hours requirement of 1,850.

What You Will Bring: Our ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience and the following credentials/skills: Doctorate Degree License to practice law in Washington State and Federal courts (preferred). 2 - 4 years of insurance coverage experience (preferred). Litigation experience (required). Trial experience (preferred). Ability to work creatively and develop innovative legal strategies. Strong research and writing skills. Strong insurance knowledge. Salary range for this position is $110,000 - $170,000 per year (plus bonus/commission).
