Facilities & Maintenance Director — Resort Operations

Black Butte Ranch is seeking a Director of Facilities & Maintenance to lead daily operations across buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. You will manage a team, ensure safe systems, and oversee capital projects to support guest experiences.
