Law Firm Seeks Bilingual Transactional Lawyer Highly regarded northside Houston, TX law firm seeks a transactional associate attorney. 1500 hour billable requirement ONLY. Top pay and benefits.

Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other corporate documents. Assist clients with business formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and compliance matters. Conduct legal research and provide strategic advice to clients on various business-related legal issues.

Qualifications: 2-5 years of corporate/transactional legal experience; some real estate is a plus Licensed to practice law in Texas
