Duties: Advise clients on legal issues related to deeds, title transfers, mortgages, and construction. Negotiate terms and conditions of real estate transactions. Evaluate risk in real estate documentation and provide client guidance. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for real estate transactions. Ensure appropriate approvals are in place before executing transactions. Manage regulatory and compliance-related services. Represent clients in property purchases and sales. Handle multiple deadline-driven tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements: Five years of residential real estate practice in Virginia. Licensed by the Virginia State Bar. Proficient with Microsoft Office programs. Strong conceptual and research skills. Customer-service driven. Ability to convey information effectively both verbally and in writing. Professional manner and appearance. Team player. Education Juris Doctorate.
