Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or conditions affecting mobility in a rehabilitation setting. Develop customized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques including exercise, stretching, and hands-on therapy. Implement treatment protocols to alleviate pain and improve mobility, regularly documenting progress and adapting plans as necessary. Provide education and training for patients and their families on exercise regimens and proper techniques for using assistive devices. Stay current with developments in physical therapy by participating in workshops, and actively engaging in professional development. Patient Population / Client FocusOur patient population ranges from children to adults, each with unique needs and diagnoses. As a Physical Therapist at Prince Georges Rehab Clinic LLC, you will work with individuals recovering from a variety of orthopedic conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and sports injuries. Your expertise will significantly impact their recovery journey, helping them regain their independence and improve their quality of life.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred. Valid State License to practice Physical Therapy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficient with technology, including word processing and electronic documentation systems. Highly adaptable with the ability to adjust approaches based on individual patient needs.

Preferred Experience: While prior experience in a similar role is not required, candidates with experience in orthopedic therapy, manual therapy techniques, or home care will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, in addition to a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your health and professional growth.
