They are seeking a QC Chemist to support laboratory testing, product quality, and compliance initiatives. Salary/Hourly Rate$25/hr - $30/hr
DOEPosition Overview:
The QC Chemist will perform analytical and quality control testing on raw materials and finished products in a regulated laboratory environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, accurate documentation, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
Responsibilities:
Of The QC Chemist Perform QC testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Utilize analytical instrumentation including HPLC, UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, dissolution, and particle size analyzers. Accurately document, review, and report analytical results. Maintain cGMP-compliant laboratory records and documentation. Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment. Support investigations and ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with QA, R&D, and Production teams to support product quality and release activities. Required Experience/Skills For The QC Chemist 3-7 years of analytical laboratory experience. Hands-on experience with HPLC/UPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FT-IR, and dissolution testing. Knowledge of GMP, GLP, and regulatory compliance requirements. Strong documentation, data analysis, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience/Skills For The QC Chemist Experience within pharmaceutical, personal care, consumer products, or other regulated manufacturing environments. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
