Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive AI Ethics Framework for People systems and workforce-adjacent AI
Serve as an independent ethics authority to pause, challenge, or escalate AI initiatives posing unacceptable risks
Design and lead Human Impact Assessments (HIAs) for AI tools and monitor the global regulatory landscape
Required qualifications:
Advanced understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience with AI-driven solutions
An advanced degree or equivalent applied experience in a field requiring sustained ethical reasoning
Deep practical literacy in AI and machine learning systems to identify risks
Demonstrated expertise in AI ethics, responsible AI, or technology policy
Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and influence at the executive level
