Key Responsibilities: Yield Management Balance supply and demand across inventory types to ensure efficient monetization Forecast and manage Orion inventory availability Support dynamic pricing models based on performance data and demand forecasts Operational Leadership & Workflow Optimization Support Orion workflows within Prisma and Internal Trackers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with taxonomies, templates, and contractual standards Support invoice approvals, intercompany billing, and monthly reconciliation processes Team Management & Development Mentor junior staff, ensuring they are equipped with tools and training Provide support, and conflict resolution to foster a high-performing, collaborative team Promote continuous improvement and operational innovation within the team Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Internal stakeholders to drive alignment and shared accountability Engage with external vendors and sister agencies to support onboarding and workflow integration

Desired Skills & Experience: 2+ years of digital media experience, preferably within programmatic or social media Proven track record in yield management, ad tech, or revenue optimization Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Prisma, SQL, Snowflake, Tableau, other BI tools Strong understanding of compliance, financial processes, and media industry best practices Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Wage and
