Steven Douglas is partnering with a growing international organization on a key hire for its finance team, and I'd love to connect with strong FP&A leaders who know their way around capital projects. This is the principal execution and analytical partner to the Head of Finance. You'll own portfolio reporting across HQ, a development pipeline, and multiple project entities in the U.S. and Europe, with a full slate of additional projects moving from formation through construction and into operations.
What you'll do:
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, with variance analysis and clear recommendations
  • Oversee finance teams both domestic and international, and raise the bar on reporting quality and timeliness
  • Ensure controls for major construction projects: budgets, commitments, change orders, cost to complete, and funding needs
  • Manage the forecasting process and consolidate a portfolio-wide cash and liquidity outlook
  • Build scalable reporting infrastructure
What we're looking for:
  • 10+ years in FP&A, project finance
  • Background in a capital-intensive business
  • Multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction reporting experience
  • Solid accounting foundation, comfortable reconciling management reporting to the GLAdvanced Excel and modeling skills; Power BI is a plus
  • Someone who isn't afraid to challenge assumptions
