Key responsibilities:
Conduct proactive safety reviews of architectural and engineering designs to ensure safety compliance throughout project phases
Lead hazard identification workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design safe systems and processes
Manage regional HSE programs and performance monitoring to track compliance and improve safety standards
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2-5 years of relevant experience in health and safety within the construction industry
Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications
Strong understanding of construction safety standards and regulations
Proficient in database management and technology tools related to safety reporting
