Line Monitor

Job DetailsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Read schedules and specifications to take correct resource materials to packaging line. Supply proper material to packaging lines throughout the shift as needed. Communicate with others to be informed of any changeovers of product. Properly identify work in process (WIP) overflow product that is placed in overflow containers. Take contaminated containers to proper acceptable open packages of product back to packaging line. Assist in setting up packaging lines assigned per labor model. Maintain knowledge, understanding and adherence to safety policies, USDA, GMPs, QA, HACCP, Sanitation rules and regulations, and company policies. Regular and dependable attendance and punctuality is an essential function of this position. Perform all other duties as assigned.
