Senior Corporate Counsel - Fintech Transactions

FIS is seeking an experienced in-house attorney to support the Legal, Compliance & Corporate Affairs function in Jacksonville, FL. You will draft and negotiate complex commercial transactions with financial institutions for SaaS and cloud fintech services, while providing strategic, risk-aware legal guidance to enable business objectives. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant in-house experience, a J.D. with active bar admission, and strong drafting, research, and communication skills to
