Goldfish Swim School is looking for an experienced Sales & Service Representative who brings positive energy, strong sales skills, and a friendly voice to every guest interaction. Guide families through programs, memberships, and promotions Confidently close sales and earn bonuses for meeting sales goals Handle scheduling, registrations, and customer questions with efficiency and care Juggle multiple tasks while keeping the vibe upbeat, calm, and fun Create WOW moments that turn first-time callers into lifelong members

A naturally happy demeanor with a warm, friendly phone voice Strong multitasking and organizational skills Comfort with goal-driven sales conversations Confidence, professionalism, and positive energy—even during busy times A team-first mindset with interest in long-term growth Availability Requirements Candidates must be available for at least 25 hours per week, including some combination of the following shifts: Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday–Thursday: 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm (Weekend availability is important)
