Strategic Safety Programs Manager

Hawaiian Electric is seeking a Safety Program Manager to lead safety initiatives across Oahu, Maui, or Hawaii Island. This role focuses on developing, promoting, and sustaining a culture of safety within the organization, coordinating with multiple departments, and delivering training and presentations. The position requires 5+ years in program management within safety contexts, strong leadership and communication skills, and PMP is highly desirable. Hiring range is $99,900 to $127,500.
