Senior Business Development Director – Remote (US-Based) Join Kayentis – Shaping the Future of eCOAReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer Are you a seasoned Business Developer (BD) professional with a strong network in the life sciences industry? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love turning connections into long-term partnerships? At Kayentis, we have been a trusted partner for pharma, biotech, and CRO since 2005 providing user friendly e-COA technology and top quality services. We’re expanding our footprint in the US and looking for a Business Development Director who knows the eCOA landscape and is ready to lead the charge. In this high-impact role, you’ll spearhead our commercial growth across the US Pharma and CRO market, leveraging your network and expertise to drive meaningful results. You’ll be the trusted face of Kayentis, helping clients navigate their clinical trials with confidence through our cutting-edge eCOA solutions.
Location: Remote – anywhere in the US (HQ based in Europe)
Eligibility: 5–10 years of experience in eCOA. Business development background preferred but not mandatory.
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Drive Business Development strategies to meet ambitious growth targets and expand our client base.
  • Leverage your existing relationship and network to unlock new opportunities and accelerate deal flow.
  • Engage deeply with clients to understand their clinical project needs and position Kayentis as their eCOA solution.
  • Build strong, consultative relationships with pharma and CRO clients.
  • Work closely internally with operational and scientific teams to craft tailored, high-impact proposals.
  • Lead the full BD cycle – from initial engagement through negotiation and contract signature.
