About the Role: This is a customer-facing retail role focused on lead generation. You will engage with shoppers in major retail environments, introduce them to our services, and set up qualified in-home consultations. You will not be responsible for closing sales. What You’ll Do: In-Store (Primary Focus):Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner within retail locations Execute in-store promotions, events, and lead generation tables Utilize in-store displays and marketing materials to attract interest Identify interested homeowners and capture qualified leads Represent the brand within a major retail environment Build positive relationships with store staff and management Administrative / Coordination: Accurately track and submit lead information Coordinate with the internal team to schedule consultations Maintain organization with reporting and follow-up tasks What is a Qualified Lead? A homeowner with a real project interest Willingness to participate in a follow-up consultation Accurate contact information collected An in-home consultation scheduled
