Assistant Buyer: Grow in Retail Merchandising & Planning

Boot Barn is seeking an Assistant Buyer in Irvine, CA to support day-to-day buying operations, including assortment planning, vendor collaboration, and analytics-driven decisions. The role reports to the Sr. Buyer and is non-exempt. You will help manage purchase orders, replenishment, markdowns, and e-commerce activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree and 1–2 years retail experience are preferred.
