Basic Function We are seeking a Compensation and Total Rewards Partner to play a critical role in shaping and executing our people strategy as we scale. This is a strategic, hands‐on role focused heavily on compensation and total rewards, including benchmarking, job leveling, salary structures, incentive programs, compliance, and reporting.This role will also partner with stakeholders on broader key people initiatives that support organizational effectiveness, talent outcomes, and a strong, high‐performing culture—making it ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic, fast‐paced environments.ResponsibilitiesCompensation & Total Rewards Support the design and evolution of compensation structures, total rewards program, benchmarking, and incentive programs Ensure competitive and equitable pay practices aligned with company philosophy Manage compensation and people data reporting (including reports, dashboards, and analyses that support workforce planning, compliance, budgeting, audits, etc.) Policies, Processes & Compliance Develop and implement people policies, programs, and processes that scale with the business Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and best practices Continuously improve systems and workflows to enhance employee experience Strategic People Leadership Design and execute holistic people strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans Partner with senior leaders to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and team effectiveness Act as a trusted advisor on leadership, performance, and culture Business Partnering Provide day‐to‐day HR partnership to leaders and teams Anticipate future talent needs and develop proactive workforce plans Navigate complex employee relations topics with sound judgment Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead and support hiring strategies across functions and levels Build scalable recruiting processes and partner with hiring managers to attract top talent Growth & Culture Drive initiatives that support company growth, culture, and employee engagement Partner cross‐functionally to implement programs that reinforce values and ways of working Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in HR / People roles, including 3+ years of core compensation experience Proven ability to operate across multiple people functions (TA, comp, HRBP, programs) Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands‐on, execution‐focused mindset Experience working in high‐growth or evolving organizations Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to navigate ambiguity Preferred Qualifications Experience with long‐term incentive plans Experience in high‐growth or newly scaled business lines Familiarity with multi‐state workforce considerations and compliance Location: SF/Bay Area, San Diego, CA; Denver, CO. Hybrid.Base Pay - $160,000 - $180,000. The pay range mentioned above is a guideline. We tailor each offer based on your unique skills, experience, location, and market benchmarks—while ensuring internal parity across our teams. In addition to competitive base pay, total compensation may include a discretionary annual bonus and a market leading comprehensive health and wellness benefits package.
