Overview: In this contract, remote CWCOT Claims Processor role supports mortgage claim processing for FHA-related files. You review, process and verify claims against guidelines, enter data, and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy within deadlines. You identify potential recoveries and maintain organized documentation. You stay current on FHA requirements and collaborate with leads and QA to improve outcomes. This is a stable, process-driven position with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery. Responsibilities:
  • Review and process CWCOT claims per procedures and guidelines
  • Examine claim files and supporting data to assess eligibility and accuracy
  • Enter and maintain claim information in company systems
  • Identify missing or inconsistent information and resolve discrepancies
  • Review calculations to detect overpayments or underpayments
  • Analyze claim data to identify recovery opportunities and document them
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity, quality, and turnaround targets
  • Follow workflows and quality-control requirements
  • Communicate issues to Team Lead or management
  • Research claim questions and use resources to resolve issues
  • Maintain organized claim documentation and respond to feedback
  • Stay updated on FHA requirements and company policies
  • Protect confidential information
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Key requirements:
