Starting Pay: $21.75 $27.25 per hour (based on experience)
Hiring Bonus: Up to $2,500*Safety/Attendance Bonus: Up to $515 annually*Schedule & Hours Minimum 4 hours per day guaranteed when school is in session No nights or weekends required Additional hours available through field trips and charter routes Summer school routes available for year-round opportunities

- Safely transport students and passengers on assigned routes
- Monitor bus stops and ensure safe boarding and unloading
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and respectful environment
- Communicate professionally with students, parents, school staff, and the public
- Represent Iowa Central positively within the community
- Follow all safety procedures, regulations, and company policies
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid drivers license for at least 3 years
- Ability to pass background check, MVR check, drug screen, and physical
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Commitment to safety and reliability
