We're looking for full-time Automotive Tire Techniciansto join Team Mavis at our automotive service, repair, and tire sales centers in the Wilmington, DEarea.
NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED!We'll teach you everything you need to know throughPAID TRAINING. Plus, eligible Automotive Tire Technicians can receiveguaranteed weekly bonus payments during the introductory period of employment, totaling up to $800!

About the Position:
As an Automotive Tire Technician, you'll play an important role in keeping our customers safely on the road. You'll receive hands-on training while learning valuable automotive skills and earning additional compensation through our weekly incentive program.
Responsibilities include:
Installing new tires and wheels
Rotating and balancing tires
Performing flat repairs and other tire services
Following established safety and service procedures
Helping meet customer-promised delivery times
Providing high-quality automotive service as part of a fast-paced team
In addition to your guaranteed hourly rate, you'll have the opportunity to earnweekly incentive compensation based on the services you perform.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Automotive Tire Technician position, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age
Be legally authorized to work in the United States
Be available to work 5 days per week
No previous automotive experience is required.
