Location: Fully Remote (Based in the Baltics)
Start Date: Mid November or later Contract: Full-time, permanent Language Requirement: Native or fluent Danish + good English Salary: Minimum 2,000/month (gross)
About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Danish-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our international support team. This is a remote position for candidates based in the Baltic region (Estonia, Latvia, or Lithuania), offering the opportunity to work from home while supporting Danish-speaking customers. No previous experience is required full training will be provided! Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service via chat, email, and phone
  • Assist Danish-speaking customers with product or service inquiries
  • Accurately record and follow up on customer requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in every interaction
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent Danish speaker (C2 level)
  • Good English communication skills (B1 or above)
  • Living in the Baltics or willing to relocate at your own expense
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to work remotely
