Wellness Director (RN) – Senior Living Clinical Leader

Gallaher Signature Living seeks a Health & Wellness Director with an active California RN or LVN license to lead clinical resident care services across our senior living communities. The role requires collaboration with residents, families, physicians, and partners to ensure exemplary, hospitality‑driven wellness. You will monitor care plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor Care Managers, Medication Aides, and nursing staff while supporting ADLs and a dignified living environment.
