Growth & Recruiting Lead for Data Ops

The team is in New York City and seeks a generalist to tackle high-leverage problems, starting with recruiting and expanding into data operations and other areas as the company grows. You’ll work closely with the founders to define and scale these capabilities, turning ambiguous problems into scalable, cross-functional solutions. A strong generalist mindset is essential.
