Key responsibilities:
Configure compliant email and SMS channels, including opt-in and opt-out workflows, and lead ingestion from various sources
Develop custom subscription and preference centers on CloudPages that sync with Salesforce core data
Implement journey automation using Journey Builder, leveraging real-time triggers and AI-driven features
Required qualifications:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Contact Builder
Proficiency in MobileConnect setup and management of opt-in/opt-out processes
Experience in custom CloudPages development using AMPscript or SSJS
Knowledge of consent and privacy regulations such as TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA
Familiarity with Data Extension design, SQL Query Activities, and Automation Studio
