Construction Superintendent

Compri Consulting is seeking a Construction Superintendent for a direct hire, onsite position in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Construction Superintendent Experienced Superintendent needed to manage multiple K-12 school construction projects from start to closeout. Responsibilities include subcontractor coordination, schedule management, safety oversight, and delivering projects on time while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Ensure safe job sites with zero-accident focus and full safety compliance. Oversee multiple commercial projects, including CPM scheduling and subcontractor performance. Coordinate work per plans/specifications and resolve field issues. Prepare daily reports and support project closeout. Requirements 6+ years as Superintendent with a General Contractor on commercial projects. Strong CPM scheduling and team leadership skills. OSHA 10/30 preferred. Extensive experience with Procore construction management platform
