Frontline Development Lead: Donor Engagement & Growth

Diversionary Theatre in San Diego, CA, is seeking an Assistant Director of Development to lead donor engagement and contributed revenue efforts in support of the theatre’s mission. The role partners with the Director of Development, Executive Director, Artistic Director, and the Board to expand the individual donor base, strengthen trustee fundraising involvement, and support major and leadership-level giving initiatives.
