Personal Lines Account Manager

Responsibilities: Manage and service a book of Personal Lines accounts Handle homeowners, auto, umbrella, condo, renters, and related personal insurance products Process policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and billing inquiries Review coverage and provide appropriate recommendations to clients Assist with quoting, remarketing, and carrier communication Support claims reporting and follow-up Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system Work closely with producers and internal support staff to ensure strong client service Qualifications 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance experience Independent agency experience strongly preferred Active Property & Casualty license preferred Strong knowledge of Personal Lines products and coverage Excellent communication and client-service skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities Experience with an agency management system Nexsure experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits$65K-$75K base salary, depending on experience Hybrid schedule 3 weeks vacation Employer-paid portion of health benefits 401(k) match Strong internal support and modern systems Long-term growth opportunity with a stable, expanding agency This role is ideal for someone who wants to join a well-established team, work with a strong client base, and build a long-term career with an agency that continues to grow.
