Key responsibilities:
Monitor and analyze supplier performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual commitments
Participate in supplier business reviews, presenting performance findings and improvement opportunities
Identify and resolve complex supplier performance issues and recommend corrective actionsRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
4-7 years of experience in supplier management, vendor management, procurement, or third-party risk
Experience analyzing supplier performance using SLAs, KPIs, or similar measures
Strong knowledge of supplier performance management and external workforce practices
Ability to work independently while operating within established policies and governance frameworks
