Responsible for analyzing and designing solutions to networking issues, providing technical support to other departments, as well as troubleshooting, diagnosing and solving issues with both hardware and software. May require a bachelor's degree and at least 9 years or equivalent experience in a related area. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and technologies in the field.
