Judicial Staff Attorney: Case Management & Research

Circuit 5 seeks a diligent judicial clerk to assist the judiciary with case management, pending litigation, and issue resolution in Florida. You will draft memoranda, opinions, orders, and reports and perform legal research under supervision. Requirements include a Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar admission within one year of hire; starting salary guidelines may apply if not yet admitted.
