This position combines advanced assembly responsibilities with fabrication and TIG welding tasks. The operator ensures products meet quality, safety, and delivery expectations while supporting continuous improvement and team collaboration within the Breath Guard operation.
Welding & Fabrication:
Perform TIG welding on materials such as aluminum, steel, and stainless steel as required for the fabrication of breath guards. Assist with training and mentoring less experienced operators as needed, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost reduction.
