Key responsibilities:
Address policyholder service inquiries via phone and email, including certification, billing, and policy modifications
Document all customer interactions accurately in the company systems
Meet case volume targets set by Service Leadership while maintaining professionalism in communications
Required qualifications:
2 years' experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service environment
Active Property and Casualty license
Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and CRM platforms
Ability to take phone calls and answer emails for up to 8 hours a day
Comfortable with new technology and willingness to learn new systems quickly
