Key qualifications:
Seven years of experience evaluating risk in loans, government assistance programs, or construction management (or Bachelor's degree with three years experience) Experience using energy diagnostic equipment such as blower door systems, infrared imagers, and combustion analyzers Experience conducting independent inspections of residential building systems and energy efficiency measures Experience reviewing, analyzing, or producing energy modeling data or Manual J calculations Thorough knowledge of building science, energy diagnostic methodologies, and energy conservation measures
