Bank Teller / Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities: Provide friendly, professional service to customers and assist with their banking needs Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, account transactions, and other teller services accurately Handle cash responsibly and maintain an accurate cash drawer Balance cash and transactions at the end of each business day Review daily reports carefully and identify discrepancies, errors, or unusual activity Follow established banking procedures and internal controls Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Assist customers with questions and resolve routine issues professionally Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality Work effectively as part of a team and support daily branch operations What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is someone who is: Reliable and dependable — arrives on time, follows through, and can be counted on by both customers and coworkers Comfortable handling cash and responsible for maintaining accuracy Highly detail-oriented and able to catch errors before they become problems Organized and comfortable reviewing daily reports and balancing transactions Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills Trustworthy and professional, especially when handling sensitive financial information Able to follow procedures and stay focused in a busy environment Comfortable learning banking systems, products, and processes Qualifications Previous banking, teller, cash-handling, retail, or customer service experience preferred Strong math and organizational skills Basic computer proficiency High school diploma or equivalent Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the workday If you are dependable, take pride in doing things correctly, enjoy helping customers, and are comfortable working with cash and daily financial reports, we'd like to hear from you.
