About this job Essential Duties and Responsibilities The core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility for assigned business units Development and maintenance of operational business plans, including labor hours, production costs, cycle times, and program requirements Contributing to business strategy development and supporting R&D initiatives for new and emerging products/services Analyzing and preparing financial reports including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making Establishing and maintaining quality control standards, cost controls, and delivery timelines in line with customer requirements Supporting the development of comprehensive process plans: personnel, materials, subcontractors, tooling, facilities, and equipment Ensuring achievement of all cost, quality, and delivery targets Reviewing operational reports and leading the resolution of issues to minimize costs and avoid delays Performing key administrative tasks to support efficient operations, including compiling and analyzing production data Defining team responsibilities and aligning organizational structure to meet business objectives Leading, training, and ensuring compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements across assigned teams
