Senior Trust and Safety Manager

Key responsibilities: Define trust standards and develop protocols for identifying and responding to trust-breaching experiences Hire and scale a Trust & Safety team focused on policy enforcement and dispute resolution Establish monitoring processes for trust incidents and prepare reports on marketplace trust status Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in Trust and Safety or related fields, with at least 3 years in program design and implementation Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams, particularly in dispute resolution Hands-on experience in creating and scaling dispute resolution processes Exceptional judgment and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations Completion of a 4-year accredited college program; advanced graduate study preferred
