Senior Systems Engineer (Network Focus)

Overview: We’re looking for a Senior Systems Engineer with solid experience in MSPs. In this role, you will design, maintain, and support modern infrastructure for SMB clients in sectors such as finance, metal/manufacturing, and professional services. You’ll work closely with our helpdesk, security, and development teams in a setting where accountability, collaboration, and outstanding customer service are key.

Key responsibilities: Managing and optimizing RDS (Remote Desktop Services) multi‑tenant environments Creating and maintaining PowerShell scripts and automation workflows Managing and troubleshooting FSLogix Working with networking technologies including firewalls, switches, VPNs, VLANs, and SD-WA Handling escalations, migrations, system improvements, and project work Communicating directly with clients while managing multiple priorities
