Role Description:
We are seeking motivated Installation Coordinator(s) (ICs) to join our team in each of the following departments:1. Fixtures & Displays 2. Signage, Décor & Graphics 3. Millwork & Construction**Applicants are required to specify on their resume the department they are applying for. Failure to do so will result in disqualification. ICs support the successful execution of nationwide retail installations and projects by working closely with both an Installation Manager and Account Manager. In this role, you'll assist with sourcing and coordinating installation partners, scheduling projects, obtaining competitive pricing, tracking project milestones, communicating with vendors, reviewing project deliverables, helping resolve field challenges, and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your contributions will help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients.

Work Hours:
Standard business hours, 8:00AM-5:00PM local time. Occasional early morning, evening or weekend work will be required to support business needs. Must maintain consistent availability and responsiveness during scheduled working hours.
Travel: Less than 10%Compensation: $50,000-$60,000
Key Responsibilities:
Hunt, vet, and lock in elite vendor partners to support projects and multi-site retail rollouts Negotiate scope, pricing, and timelines with vendors and keep execution tight Support project scheduling and maintain accurate tracking to help ensure projects are completed on time Coordinate logistics, install readiness, and field execution across multiple locations Work with Installation Manager solving problems fast when the field gets chaotic, then bringing it back to perfect Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and vendor partners so nothing slips Review and ensure field deliverable accuracy Step into the field as needed for site oversight, training, quality control, or hands-on execution Must-Haves (Dealbreakers)1-3 years of project coordination in retail installations, rollouts, fixtures/displays/millwork and signage, or relevant work experienceA willingness to learn, grow professionally, and collaborate with teammates while contributing to the success of the team Excel proficiency, plus full Microsoft Office command (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Teams), project tools Smartsheet, CRM experience in Hub Spot a plus Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Self-starter DNA: competitive drive, limited supervision execution, and a desire to be the best on an elite team Bulletproof home setup: reliable high-speed internet, quiet dedicated workspace, and flexibility for core hours plus occasional sprintsA professional, customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities, and contribute to a collaborative team environment Track record greater than degree; we care about what you’ve delivered, not where you went to school Knowledge of retail fixture installation, graphic implementation, construction standards, or multi-site rollouts is a plus Proven field experience preferred (hands-on oversight), you’ve been in the trenches and know what actually works
