Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the project manager and primary point of contact for assigned proposal opportunities
Analyze RFI, RFQ, RFP, and other solicitation documents to identify requirements and compliance obligations
Partner with various stakeholders to develop compliant and compelling proposal responses
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
3 to 5+ years of proposal, bid, capture, or project management experience
Experience managing complex RFx responses, including public sector procurements
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with proposal management tools
Ability to manage multiple concurrent pursuits under aggressive deadlines
