Behavioral Health Technician

Responsibilities: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBATeach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills Collect and record accurate session data Implement behavior intervention plans Collaborate with families and the clinical team Maintain timely and professional documentation Participate in ongoing training and supervision

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent requiredRBT certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification are encouraged to apply Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background screenings Why Orange Branch Therapy?
