Land Use Attorney - Municipal Counsel

The City of Denton seeks a skilled Land Use Attorney to join the City Attorney’s Office. Under the City Attorney’s direction, you will handle municipal and land use matters for Development Services, Planning and Zoning Commission, and Zoning Board of Adjustment, and advise City Council and Staff. Requirements include a JD from an accredited law school and 3+ years in municipal, land use, zoning and environmental law, with strong planning and engineering experience. Bilingual preferred.
