General Cleaner Supervisor

General Cleaner SupervisorReporting to the Site Manager, the General Cleaner Supervisor is responsible to maintain and perform all essential duties in accordance to customer's scope or work and compliance with DFM's Quality and Safety standards. Primary goals and responsibilities include: Supervising and coordinating all activities of cleaning staff to ensure customer satisfactionDaily tour of facility to inspect work performedCoordinating staffing to meet schedules and customer requirementsFacilitating weekly customer review meetingsResponding to all customer concerns and inquiriesResponsible for staff training and development, performance reviews, and disciplinary measuresDemonstrating role model behavior for safety, integrity and ethical standards consistent with DFM’s standardsConducting daily safety huddles in accordance with DFM’s safety standardsMaintaining time and attendance records to ensure proper compensation for staffInventory management: monitoring inventory status, requests for material and services, as well as material and services receivedImplementing environmentally preferred practices at all locationsPerforming all other related duties as assignedRole requirements include:2-3 years previous janitorial supervisory experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience working with unionsExcellent computer skills requiredProven history of leadership experienceSelf-motivatedPossess a sense of urgencyExcellent customer service/relationship skillsSafety/Quality conscience
