For our client, we are seeking a Senior Strategy Officer, Data and Technology Adoption to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will drive strategic initiatives that improve how data and technology are adopted across the organization, with a strong focus on cross-functional planning, execution, and organizational alignment. You will partner closely with program teams and internal stakeholders to shape priorities, evaluate opportunities, and translate strategy into practical action. The position also calls for clear communication, structured problem solving, and the ability to turn complex information into compelling materials for leadership and planning discussions.
Location: Seattle, WA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $209,100 – $324,100 annually
Responsibilities: Lead and evaluate multiple strategic projects, serving as a senior manager on a collaborative team Build productive relationships with internal partners and serve as a team ambassador Identify and scope opportunities for programmatic impact in partnership with the management team Provide thought leadership to program staff in managing partnerships and developing analyses Facilitate team processes and ensure alignment with division and organizational goals Develop high-quality materials for strategy reviews and planning sessions Enhance team efficiency through process improvement and effective reporting
Qualifications: Master's degree or equivalent experience in global health, economics, data and engineering, or business administration 5+ years of strategy development experience in a top-tier consulting firm or equivalent Demonstrated ability in structured problem solving and strategic business planning Excellent skills in creating compelling visualizations and narratives for varied audiences Proficiency in managing complex projects and meeting tight deadlines Strong organizational, facilitation, and communication skills
