Established commercial concrete business in Georgetown, DE is seeking a Concrete Foreman to lead small crews on commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced leader with a strong work ethic who excels at concrete forming, placing, finishing, and blueprint layout.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a crew of up to 5 on commercial sites. Direct forming, placing, finishing, and curing operations. Read blueprints and perform accurate project layouts. Coordinate daily tasks to meet schedule, quality, and site safety standards. Communicate effectively with crew members and management.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of concrete experience (2+ years leading a crew).Strong blueprint reading and layout skills. Hands-on expertise in forming, placing, and finishing techniques. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications: Construction-related certifications or relevant coursework.\nCompany
