Assembly Technician – Racing Equipment

Racing Equipment Assembly TechnicianAFCO Performance Group is seeking a Racing Equipment Assembly Technician to join our team in Boonville, Indiana. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, pays close attention to detail, takes pride in quality work, and likes being part of a team focused on hitting daily and weekly goals. As a Racing Equipment Assembly Technician, you'll help build high-quality racing equipment used by racers and teams across the country. Daily responsibilities may include: Reviewing detailed work instructions and specifications for each build Inspecting components to ensure they meet general quality requirements Following video, electronic, and written assembly instructions Assembling racing tire pressure gauges, race car gauge dash panels, and other racing equipment Using hand tools and equipment such as wrenches, heat guns, hand drills, and similar tools Inspecting finished products for quality and accuracy Moving between different work areas within the company as production needs change Working with team members to meet or exceed daily and weekly production goals Most tasks do not require repetitive heavy lifting; however, team members must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
