Disaster Recovery Cost Estimator (On-Call)

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to support FEMA Public Assistance and disaster recovery programs across the United States. You will develop accurate cost estimates for infrastructure restoration and rehabilitation, evaluating damaged facilities and project scopes. This on-call, as-needed role may be remote, field-based, or hybrid depending on client needs and project requirements. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, environmental specialists, and program staff.
