Senior Business Immigration Associate Attorney

Overview: Work involves developing an expert understanding of client bases, industries, and firm services, independently overseeing and managing assignments with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include utilizing legal precedents, researching complex technical immigration issues, formulating creative solutions, and independently executing case preparation, filing, and developing strategies for complex matters. Manage client relationships, including participation in meetings, briefings, and proactive reporting, and communicate proactively with clients within established protocols. Directly or indirectly supervise junior Associates and other staff, providing mentoring, coaching, and performance management. Identify and implement opportunities to improve the quality, efficiency, and standardization of processes, products, or services. Proactively engage in marketing and business development opportunities and collaborate across teams locally, regionally, and firmwide. Exceptional working knowledge and understanding of immigration law is required. Prior team management experience is preferred.
