Maintenance Supervisor (Colorado Springs)

We're looking for a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor who knows their way around an apartment community, takes pride in their work. What You'll Be Doing as the Maintenance Supervisor Lead and support your maintenance team. Troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general repairs. Oversee work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance. Coordinate vendors, supplies, and maintenance projects. Keep the community looking great and residents happy! Participate in an emergency on-call rotation. What We're Looking For in a Maintenance Supervisor 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience preferred. Previous supervisory or lead maintenance experience. Strong troubleshooting and hands-on repair skills. Experience with apartment turns and preventative maintenance. EPA/HVAC or CPO certifications are a plus! Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Someone who's dependable, organized, and knows how to lead by example! A Perk Worth Mentioning!
